Tanzanian holds a Bachelor of Education in Psychology from the University of Dar ES Salaam. Before Ubongo he worked as a children and youth teacher with Compassion International from 2011 to 2015 and volunteer with READ international Tanzania on a Library refurbishment project. He is now assisting with education and research doing the testing of children's engagement program and works as Production Manager.
