Ally Baharoon is a creative writer and community organizer with over 10 years of experience in the edutainment sector. He is the founding director of CHAMMUTA, a society of people who stutter in Tanzania. He holds a BA in English Literature from Simon Fraser University and has consulted on narrative development for various international clients, delivering on animation series, films, comic books, and board games. A 2023 Mandela Washington Fellow, Ally also runs a community library in Zanzibar which allows him to enjoy and facilitate clarifying moments of joy. His creative work primarily explores absurdity, knowledge, and compassion.
