    Mawulom has devoted her career to unlocking Africa’s human capital potential. For more than a decade, she has helped businesses on the continent and beyond to strengthen their capability to execute and scale through the power of human potential. She currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer of the African Leadership University (ALU) — which was recognized by Fast Company as the most innovative organization in Africa and one of the 50 most innovative endeavors in the world. She also serves as the Executive Director and Curator of the African Leadership Network, the leading pan-African association of over 4,000 leading entrepreneurs, thinkers, and innovators from over 40 African countries and around the world. She started her career as a management consultant at Deloitte and served as Head of Customer Experience and Chief of Staff to the CEO of Vodafone in Ghana. She has lived and worked in more than nine countries across Europe, Africa, and North America. She earned her MSc in Biomedicine, Bioscience, and Society from the London School of Economics and Political Science and her BScH in Computing from Queen’s University.
