With a background in the field of Information Technology and currently pursuing Counselling Psychology, Paul has seen and experienced first-hand the effects of untapped and misplaced passion on people, and desires to help individuals realise their passion and harness their potential. Working with Ubongo as an HR intern gives him the platform to learn, observe and create a cordial working environment for individuals within the company.
